Knowledge Sharing

The National Judicial Academy invites submissions from members of the legal fraternity and others for this section. The submissions should conform to the following editorial policy.

1. The main objective of this section is to provide a platform for those interested to share their knowledge and experience in the area of law. For this, the section welcomes submissions from Judges, lawyers, academics, law students as well as specialist from other disciplines.

2. The submissions may be in the form of articles/essay/review or note. The only consideration is that it should be scholarly in nature and must be original work of author submitting it.
