सुश्री जया रिशि
Jaya Rishi has completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur in the year 2019. She joined the National Judicial Academy as Law Associate in 2022. Prior to joining the National Judicial Academy, she practiced as an advocate at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi from 2020-2021.
During her law school she has interned under advocates and law firms engaged in diverse fields of law specially those of arbitration and human rights. She also has a keen interest in mooting and has taken part in various international law moot court competitions including the Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot-World Rounds at Vienna, Inter American Human Rights Moot Court Competition- Washington D.C., International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot Competition- Exeter, UK and was adjudged the Best Female Advocate/Speaker at the Surana and Surana Trial Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
She has also authored a research paper titled ‘Climate Change and Human Rights ‘for the African Asian Legal Consultative Organization (Consulate, New Delhi) Journal in 2016.
